Interview Details – The first step was the phone interview. I was asked customer service questions and interest in the stock market. Then I had a face to face interview. Interviewer was very friendly. The questions were easy compared to other interviews I have had. Ex: Can you think of a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer, how did you deal with it?
Interview Question – Can you think of a time when you dealt with a difficult client? View Answer
Negotiation Details – No negotiations.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 2 weeks.
