Interviewed Jan 2011 in Orlando, FL (took 4 months)
The hiring process is long but very straightforward. It consists of two interviews. One was by phone and then a one on one if you are in the Orlando area. If an offer is given, then the paper work takes about a month, drug test, and then you are assigned to your location.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
I did one telephone interview after preliminary screening and the HR asked Pretty Basic Questions on the phone, about 5 behavioral questions. The waiting after interview was pretty long..and I got an offer after one month. The people there were vey nice on the phone. Just be relaxed and confident.
