Interviewed Sep 2011 in South San Francisco, CA (took 2 weeks)
It was a 4 round 1:1 interview for 30min each after the phone interview with HR.
Questions are more behavioral. Asking about success, leadership , and past experience.
In total, the interview was not super structured but was nice. People are friendly and not too aggressive.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Longmont, CO (took 3 weeks)
I received a call to schedule a Phone interview. The phone interview was positive. Then I was scheduled for an in person interview. Hiring manager could not make it once I was onsite. I was called again to have a second in person interview with Engineering team members, Marketing team members(not all showed) and Sr. Director. Interview was approx.. 3.5 hours and was again positive. HR was quick to schedule these interviews, then the followup was not there until I requested an update by email with the response of "our update will be provided by the end of the week (4 days time) either way". Never received the promised courtesy update that week. Sent an email the following week asking for a status and was told the position was downgraded to an entry level position, but Thanked me for my time and encouraged me to keep Seagate in mind for future job opportunities..................

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
phone interview asking about my experience, education, certain skill sets on my resume. 1 on 1 interview with hiring manager describing their experience, dept., job specifics, etc. Then I told them about my background. I didn't think the job was a great fit for me. Followed up with thank you, but wasn't really that interested, so ok that they offered the job to someone else

Interviewed Jun 2008 (took 2 days)
I used my networking to get the interview. This took a while since the company had hiring freezes on and off. I went in for the interview, and I met with several managers and engineers in the hiring organization. I think I met with around 10 people.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Sunnyvale, CA (took 2 weeks)
In the beginning the interview process was great. I was able to get a lot of information about the position and the company in general. I interviewed with the hiring manager and HR - i was then asked to come in for a one on one interview (not a panel interview) with about 4 different people. This was totally fine but the only thing is only one of them seemed to be interested in interviewing a candidate. The other 3 doesn't even know where to begin and what to ask me. The horrible thing is one of the them (Manager) even said "I just need a body here, I need help with a lot of things..." No one took notes except for the one person I mentioned. The last person on the list probably on talked to me about 5 minutes and that was it.
