It was a regular process. I sent my application along with my resume and they gave me the interview slot. They asked the typical questions: Leadership, Work experience, Why I wanted to interview with them, etc. They were very nice people and easy to get along with. If you get an interview with them, just be open to advice and be yourself.

Interviewed with stake holders. Those stake holders who came from other companies and had skills and training in the interview process were fine. The old timers (many have 25+) didn't know how to interview. The old timers just wanted to show how much more they thought they knew.

Basic questions about experience on your resume and fit questions. Then some what are your goals, why Sealed Air, what do you want to do, tell me about a time when you succeeded/failed, etc type questions. very generic and basic.

A mix of managerial types and tech persons asked me about my background and readiness to work in difficult circumstances (with artists). I told them I was married to an artist and they hired me. Other questions pertained to Windows XP and Novell network architecture and how comfortable I was working with non-mac systems, mainframe emulations, SAP and Lotus Notes. I let them know I was ready to learn and they hired me.

Consisted of a phone screen from the 'hiring manager', phone screen from HR and then a face to face interniew with the hiring manager, associate director and the VP (the real hiring manager).
All interviews went well with the exception of the VP. She was looking for or expecting some experience that I do not have and never represented in a cover letter or resume. I do not think she and the 'hiring manager' were on the same page. The feedback to the recruiter from the hiring manager was that the interview went quite well.
Never heard anything back in a positive or negative from Sealed Air. They asked me to track my mileage (300 miles plus tolls) and then stiffed me on the reimbursement.

Very quick to reply. Interviewed with many many people over the phone and then waited about five days to hear back from them. When I heard back from them I was told to come in for a few more interviews. the people I met were very nice and kind. the office was very nice and people looked like they were very busy, but not stressed.
