POLITICS POLITICS POLITICS... They came to our college for placements.. Took aptitude test just for sake and shortlisted only specific people from where company belongs. Full biasing. No fairness. Better they would not have taken test.

    Application

    Interview

It was a 1-1 interview on campus. I had got the interview call after applying through my college hiring site. The interview consisted of a mix of behaviour, situational and resume based questions. There were indepth questions based on resume experience and he did not look like he wanted to stop and kept about the same experience for ever which was irritating. There were then a few puzzles that even a 1st grader would have solved. Time management was poor since he hardly left me with any time to ask questions. Also almost every guy who had applied was called for an interview even though the experience required was not matching to the profile

    Interview

pathetic interview panel , non sense interview approach for highly experienced candidate selection Procedure is ridiculous in this company. Highly experienced candidate is interviewed by freshers. that too on some foolish puzzles. intial round was aptitude and after that you have been again asked for face to face puzzle solving techniques. Is this some kind of a joke going on. No matter is you are going for some Manager roles also. also interviewer would be a college pass out freshers. Worst Management. worst culture For high Position Interview Panel should be some experienced candidate , having a discussion on some Project based problem solving techniques rather than playing puzzles
