Interview Details – Phone Call, asked about experience and got the job right away. Called in a few days after to do some paper work.

Interview Details – I went to a sears store close to my house and applied for a job. Filled out the form which is available at the HR. Had to do a maths test and that was very easy. After couple of days someone called me from Sears for an interview. I attended the interview and 2 managers questioned me, very basic questions like why sears? what do I know about the company? do I have any customer service experience? etc. Then they called me back to let me know that I got hired and I had to bring 2 pcs of ID with pics.

Was contacted by HR to come in for an interview. Upon arrival clearing security, I was asked to wait for 15 min. I was greeted by an HR individual and taken to a room where I was told that I would need to conducts a series of excel tests prior to the actual interview. I was give raw data and told to do something with it to extrapolate trends/find relevant information.
The test lasted about 45 min. Upon completing the test, I meet with department head and was asked questions regarding my educational and employment background.
Interview Question – None that I can recall. The interview was very straight forward. The person I meet with wasn't prepared nor had he looked at my resume prior to the interview. Answer Question

Interview Details – Standard management interview process: two interviews with 2-3 people each from HR and upper management. Two days between interviews and three days before call to sign hiring package. There was a delay in processing because background check was not sent in a timely fashion by HR.

Negotiation Details – Little negotiation was possible as they presented a take it or leave it package.
Very Easy Interview

Interview Details –
I was been asked about 6 questions. The store manager call you in for face-to-face interview for a assigned date. The day you go for the interview she sat you in the office and the entire duration was only 20 minutes +.
questions was asked for examples, 1. how do you manage irate customers
2. What are you most passionate about in this job
3. tell me about yourself
4. have you ever come across a problem and how do you go about it?
I cannot remember the rest, but hope you have good preparation with this push.
