Interviewed Nov 2011 in Arlington Hts, IL (took 4 days)
Interview was scheduled for 1.5 hours, and a couple of different people. The interview was about 10 minutes and pointless - is 55 years old an issue?

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Sacramento, CA (took 2 days)
I applied online, was called in two days later for an interview the next day. the interviewer was very friendly and low key. A sales pro, obviously, looking for killers/closers but no pressure to pusuade anyone to be one.If you are a shark, come on in, if not , thanks for coming by.
Overall, not a bad experience. I left with no ill fellings, and felt that we bpoth got the info we desired.

Excelllent flow from national HR to regional manager who is the hiring manager. Excellent and sincere interest in HR to find the best match for position while providing an honest perspective on the position. They took the guess work out of the interview process and answered any questions as they arose.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took a day)
I had a one on one interview. The tension was sort of broken between the interviewer and me because people kept coming into his office. Questions were almost all scenario questions. Be prepared for all sort of scenario questions, even ones that you have never experienced because I got caught unprepared for one scenario question because I had never experienced that certain scenario, so I had to answer it the best i knew how just using my common sense. Although it was nerve-racking for me, the interviewer was pleasant and even offered me a job in his area if I didn't get into the area I was applying for at the actual interview! Needless to say, I was offered the job.

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 3 weeks)
had a phone interview with the store manager then came in for a face to face interview. Was told the expectations for the job and was asked the basic corp. questions. The store manager seemed pleased with my answers and said i have to take the corp.compatability test before we go further. Took the test, was told i did a great job on the test. I then had another interview with the store manager and learned a little more about the position. again he seemed pleased with the outcome and scheduled a phone interview with the district manager. I had the interview, answered all the questions and he told me that he was a perfectionist and was very demanding, to which i said okay. he said the would get back to me in a week and i never got a call, text or email. I even wrote a follow up letter after the final interview thanking them for taking the time to interview me.
