I initially applied online and after the assessment, was prompted to set up an interview. I suppose if you do well on the assessment, they do this automatically. Anyhoo, I set up an interview for after school at 1:30 (I'm a student in high school) and I got a call asking to reschedule. I did, and arrived 15 minutes early. This was my first interview ever. I sat and waited, and one of the employees came in and gave me a thumbs up, whispering that I looked good while he walked away. Confidence booster! After the manager got done interviewing another person, he asked me in. He was SO nice! He asked if this was my first interview ever, and I told him yes, and he was incredibly helpful. He gave me tips, like looking him in the eye while I answered, and every time he asked me a question, he said "don't be afraid to ask me to explain." He was very nice, I could tell he was a father because he was very understanding. At the end of the interview, which was 4 questions, plus asking about my work hours and such, he told me I did very well and that I should be getting a call back for a second interview after he sent the information up to HR. I haven't been called and it was on Thursday, but here's to hoping. If I don't get it, I'm still glad my first interview went well!
