Interviewed Jun 2011 in Saugus, MA (took 4+ weeks)
I applied online, and the next day I was called to schedule an interview. I come in 15 minutes early and wait for a couple of minutes, so you don't usually have to wait till the designated time. The atmosphere of the are dedicated to employees was pleasant--really nothing to complain about there. Anyway, the interviewer greets me, and we walk into a small room with an indoor glass window. We sit for a while as she glances at my application, and she asks me questions and I answer them. She wasn't that bad--more job-driven than socially. She tells me she's going to schedule me for a second interview...not really told when. It wasn't until three weeks later that they called me to schedule for a second interview. (I did call them before they did, but no one was picking up.) It was a different lady this time--same room. She was more friendly, and we got to chat about personal things afterward. It was like a mother-daughter relationship going on in there. Lol. But I liked it. I felt confident, but she did comment about the tough job world--how she's giving the paperwork to the HR manager and see how it goes from there. I do call back each week that goes by but still, no one picks up. I still haven't heard from them almost a month later, so they really don't tell you if they rejected you

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Boca Raton, FL (took a day)
Filled out on line application, was called for an interview, met with the hiring lead, then an assistant store manager and was hired on the spot. I took a drug test and waited for the background check to come back. The next week I was working part- time at minimum wage, but never spent a pay period on part time hours.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 2 days)
The interview process was ok it only took about 30-40 minutes. I was nervous because It was my first interview and I think my nerves took over so i think thats why I didnt get the job. hey never called so I knew I messed up during the interview. I answered all the questions to the best of my ability but they choose this guy who also had an interview after me.. That sucked.
