Interviewed May 2011 in Palm Springs, CA (took a day)
I arrived early and feeling confident. Met with the interviewer and went to her office. Even though I stated on my online application I can only work until 6pm, due to lack of transportation (where I live, the only bus that's in my city stops running at 7:30pm), I was required to work until the mall closed, which was 9pm. The interviewer knew about the bus and how it runs, but didn't try to make an exception or even give me the hours I requested. I had to decline.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Temecula, CA (took a day)
I showed up for an interview about ten minutes before it was supposed to take place, dealt with a disinterested service desk clerk, waited for about thirty minutes while the man who would eventually be my interviewer cavorted with other employees. Finally, I was taken to be interviewed by a man who was clearly not happy to be interviewing people, was asked the standard pre-interview questions, and then finally, asked a single question, which, apparently, was all that he needed to determine that I wasn't what they were looking for. The actual interview process took about five minutes, which I don't think was enough time to actually determine whether I was suitable for the position. I was told they would contact me regarding whether or not I got the job (I didn't, of course, and I knew this by the end of the interview), and never heard from them (which is typical).

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Mira Loma, CA (took 2 weeks)
This was a half put together interview. The papers with questions they were filling out were for another position because they grabbed the worng ones, and told me during the interview. But they still hired me and they company overall is great. they have decent benefits. they do not negotiate pay. you can try, but will probably not get anywhere. Also they are big on the group interview and "what if" or "tell me a time when" questions. If you have the experience and the qualifications they are looking for, you will do well in the verbal part of the interview.
