Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 2 days)
Personality test was the major part of the interview, ie.' how would you handle an irate customer? How would you overcome objections? Describe sales experience and or situation where you had to overcome objections to make sale. You may be tested for character, integrity and honesty. There was a $5 dollar bill left at my feet and personnel conveniently walked out of the room. When she returned I pick up the $5, handed it to her, and said that someone had forgotten their lunch money. The interview than continued on with the hiring manager

Negotiation Details
There is no negotiations, you get paid just above min wage during training, skilled person about 2 weeks, non-skilled can be much more. When you think your ready, you are on 100% commission after that, you do get a draw that will be deducted from your commissions once you get above draw level. Week sales people will barely scratch out a living. Very competitive environment!
