The process took a day - interviewed at Seattle Children's in July 2011.
Interview Details – Manager wasn't even present for the interview. The two girls who interviewed me were younger and seemed nice enough. They said they would make a decision in a week but then NEVER called me again. I left a VM to follow up and still never got a call back. I was a intern at another unit at Children's and to not even get a stock rejection email or letter is completely unprofessional (and hurtful) in my opinion. The interview itself was pretty easy (name a time you made a mistake and what did you do to fix it, etc.). I just don't appreciate at all that they never bothered to let me know that I didn't get the job, especially since I actually turned down another job offer just so I could interview there. Overall I was disappointed in the way this was handled.
