Interview Details –
About 2 months after application date, HR person contacted me about setting up an in-person interview about a week later.
The in-person interview was done with three hiring managers, presumably from each group looking for an assistant (the job ad was for three engineers). The questions they asked were printed out in front of me (in order), and they repeated those questions out loud as we went along. I was given a chance to skip the question and come back to it later if I wanted to. All managers were accommodating and nice, and were not offensive in any ways. They took notes all along the interview.
Afterwards, one of the managers called me about a week later with an offer.
