As others have said the questions asked were of the brain teaser variety. At the same time they were fair questions and I was given a chance to show knowledge even if I did not have every answer. Because of the nature of the position most of the questions were circuits related.

A whole day onsite interview process with various people from diff departments including Quality, R&D, Manufacturing. Mostly asked from what I have written down in your resume. Asked questions related to QA MRB review for NCMR products, receiving inspection, SPC charts. Also was asked hypothetical cases and asked what kind of SPC charts you would use and how you would determine a shift in the process, what kind of data is required to have statistically valid interpretation.
