I was being myself. No fake demeanor. I always practice to be myself at interviews, with a business mindset, the let the employer decide if I'm right for their company. Negotiate my pay rate & hours on the first day. So no one gets confused in any shape or form. My success rate is usually at 90%.

Applied online. Got a call about a week later. A few questions were asked on the phone and then a one on one interview was scheduled. A brief interview followed by a test that consisted of security scenarios.
