Interview Details – Good Interview Process. Nice and simple. Questions relate to your actual job not all the extra stuff that makes no sense for what you'll be doing.

Interview Details – I filled out an online application and received a phone call in a day or two to setup an interview. When I arrived the secretary behind the counter asked me to fill out a blank job application and 10 miscelleaneous pages such as a drug testing consent form, scenario form, and interview form (on it said for the interviewer only.) After I filled out all those forms I was sent to meet the HR person. The interview was short. I was asked a few questions and was briefed on what the job entails. Asked if I had any questions, I asked one question. At the end, The HR person told me to expect a response in a week to see If I was hired or not.

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Securitas Security Services USA in June 2013.
Interview Details – Getting the interview was challenging and required additional effort beyond sending a resume. The interview process itself was not difficult and questions are ones you expect from a typical interview if you are being hired to be a guard. If you are willing to work as and learn then it will be a piece of cake. Uniforms are issued after you are hired and if you need additional sets you may have to wait a while. Not too difficult a job as long as you show up for work when you should and get along with everyone. The starting pay is not great but who complains when you have been jobsearching for a while.
