I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Select Staffing in January 2011.
Interview Details – Talked with dept. manager, they reviewed resume and spoke about job & responsibilities. They made me an offer the next day.

Reason for Declining – Talked with some of current staff. General concensus of staff was environment was disorganized, intense and overall staff had low moral. Very few had been there for more than a year and there was high turnover rate.
