Greeted with handshakes and introductions.
General questions about myself, why I wanted the job.

Applied with CV at a job fair at university and was given a date to attend interview. First stage was a selling challenge that involved role play to evaluate selling skills. After that there was a 1:1 interview with the usual competency based questions.
