Learned about SBCG from an on campus information session. Interview consisted of a 30 minute behavioral and a 30 minute mini-case from 2 different interviewers. First interviewer was a bit of a stiff, and immediately started bombarding me with questions before I could even sit down. Have a answer prepared about why you want to get into executive compensation at the company. Second guy was much more friendly. Seems like a pretty good organization overall, with lots of young employees who intend on working their way up SBCG's ladder rather than immediately seeking to leave to pursue other interests.
