I applied at Sephora and a few weeks later I received a call to schedule a group interview. There were two different days where I could attend the group interview. A co worker gave me advice and said to wear make up, be outgoing, and wear black,white, and red. (company colors)

I had 4 separate interviews. The first was from a J.C.Penney recruiter, the second from a Sephora Experience manager, the third from the store manager of J.C. Penney, and the Fourth from the District Manager of J.C.Penney.
All of the interviewers except the district managers were very nice and knew their jobs. They stayed in constant contact throughout the interview process until the end. The work culture seemed great and very diverse.
My advice would be to try and wow the district manager. He seemed to hold all the cards. It is very disappointing to go through 4 interviews and never hear back. This is my second week of waiting.

Appplied for job, interviewed a couple of weeks later, hired, trained for about a month, put to work on sales floor right after. To be hired just make sure to keep your appearance up, and wear makeup. Also be friendly and outspoken, don't be afraid to speak or greet customers, and be warm to your coworkers.

Short interview for holiday hire position. Basic info was asked, previous work experience, etc. Background check was performed. Candidates must have steady work history in order to get hired. (ie, can't have had multiple jobs in short time period.)
