I applied online and was contacted to schedule an interview time. Scheduling was pretty straightforward and I was able to go in a few days later. I was interviewed by the project manager and team lead. Both were pleasant and asked mostly behavioral questions and some targeted questions about my resume. Mainly focused on writing as this was a technical writing postion

Not very rigorous ... if there had been more detail provided, I probably would not have accepted the position knowing what I know now.

No negotiation. Vacation set at 2 weeks, with little time to take it and the expectation that you will be reachable in your absence.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

Applied though Serco website and contacted about a month later via e-mail and phone. Interview lasted less than an hour. Panel interview with department head and two minions. Standard interview questions, however, at the conclusion I was asked to "tell me something that you haven't told me..." to get this job. Well, I had already said all the good stuff up front, so I had nothing else to add except for saying that I was well suited for the position. Less than two hours after the interview I received an e-mail stating I was not selected. No heartbreak for me as the office setting was a call center and appeared to be more female than male. The position is a government contract to provide job service/coaching assistance via phone to veterans for life

I applied online. And then a couple weeks later I recieved a phone call. She asked to do a phone interview and I said sure. She asked a few questions, but sounded more like she really didnt care how I andwered. I didnt give my full andwers because I didnt care if I wanted the job or not. She stated that she will e-mail me either way if I got the job or not. Which may I add once you do apply for Serco Jobs they state that most of the hiring will be online so check your e-mails daily. So, a day later I recieved the congrats you are accepting on board. I am not going to say that every interview was this easy, but this one was really easy.

Very professional and smooth. 1:1 with a Director. Sharp, well dressed. Came u8p through the ranks. Set good example. Work culture: great trust in their professional staff, therefore, minimal direct supervision.

I was called and scheduled to come in for an interview. They asked the basic questions, and seemed to have awarded me the job just for finding the place. A very very thorough background check was issued, and at it's completion I was given a start date. Shortly after the start date I was contacted by a investigating officer to go over my background check with me and verify all the information. Although it was very intimidating, I had nothing to hide and have since kept the position.

I came in for the interview, it lasted about 5 minutes, I was asked some general questions about how I would handle an unruly customer and about what I did in my previous jobs. Nothing hard. I was told I would get a call within a week. Not 20 minutes later I had the job.
