Interviewed Feb 2012 in Houston, TX (took a day)
Group interviews are the norm. The host is looking for people to ask intelligent questions in a professional manner. If you have visible tattos or pink/blue hair... stay home! You will be drug tested. Wear a suit. If you are selected for a one on one interview, be lively and engaging and ask questions.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 4 weeks)
The first contact was the national reqruiter who pulled my resume from a job site. Then a scheduled interview with the sales manager. Another interview with General Manager. Because the sales sanager was so busy, it took some effort to schedule. The background check is extensive and takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on how many moves you have made. Be upfront about any legal issues or criminal convictions, including your driving record. Once you get into your interview, you will see beautiful locations with elegant furnishings. Everyone who works there will be wearing formal and dark colored business attire. Your apperance matters. You will be formally greeted and offered beverage. Then escorted into a meeting room. At this point, it's easy to make assumptions. The work environment is elegant and well furnished. People who work there are impeccably dressed. You get a sense of success by just walking through the door.

Negotiation Details
This is not a negotiation process for this position. If you meet the criteria they are looking for, then the romance begins. You are then told about how sucessful you will be. If you asked about the commision structure, you will be told about the $8.00 base. The benefit package is the slam dunk. The benefit package is exceptional.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jan 2008 (took 2 days)
I had a phone interview first and then was invited in to tour the property and talk to a manager. The manager was quite friendly and easy to talk to.
I was offered the job and was required to take a drug test and get a background check.
