I had a phone interview first and then was invited in to tour the property and talk to a manager. The manager was quite friendly and easy to talk to.
I was offered the job and was required to take a drug test and get a background check.

There is no negotiation. The job pays a low base and commission on sales over a certain amount.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
