They were very personable and easy to talk to you. They are open for discussion, and allow you to represent yourself. Number one piece of advise, go into the interview open and honest. They appreciate and respect this

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Gallatin, TN (took 2 weeks)
A great, thorough interview process - after my initial phone interview, I was invited in for a face-to-face interview. The first round of interviews consisted of testing, taking a tour of the facility and having two interviews (one with the manager and then with HR). Once I was narrowed down to one of the top 2, I was invited back for a group interview and met with the Executive. Servpro takes employment seriously and once I was offered the job, I really felt like I won the lottery. Lengthy but impressive process, and worth the wait.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in North Chelmsford, MA (took 4+ weeks)
The interview went great! I felt like I had a lot to offer and was being respected by interviewer. He asked me about my abilities and why I was considering this as a profession. I was given an overview of the company and what was the standard operating procedures and conditions. I was told what the salary would be and benefits package. They seem to be organized and concerned with restructuring their process of growth potential. This would be better structured for a recent graduate who needs work. The interview went well both times, and I saw a great potential of being hired.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The salary is modest, at best. The way you can make more money is structured through bonuses and over-time, and not conducive to quality family life. I thought for my personality and skills, it would lack the challenge that I thrive on. It was a hard, but necessary decision to make. For the right individual, this is a great opportunity!

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took a day)
I received a call in regards to my application. The individual had questions about my previous employment. When I couldn't answer her questions for personal reasons, the individual appeared to have an attitude. I tried to explain to her how some of the reasons were extremely personal, but she still insisted on having an attitude. Didn't really expect a call back following this.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Clarksville, IN (took 2 days)
Met iniatially with another Marketing Rep to see if I was a good fit for position. Then I met with the Owner and the Production Manager. The people who weren't related were really good, comitted individuals. Everyone related to owner was lazy.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 2 weeks)
I received a call from a manager, she said had applied for the job but had, and still have, no recollection of doing so. I had applied for a lot of jobs so I figured there was a chance I had forgotten. Anyway, I agreed to meet with her the following week. She was really friendly, asked typical questions. I thought it went well but didn't get my hopes up because the pay and benefits they were offering were lacking, in my opinion. Still, when she called me the next week for a meeting with her and the owners, I agreed. They offered me the job on the spot and I took it. Like I said, I needed a job pretty badly.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 2 weeks)
I filled out an online app for a financial trainer. The system told me I wasn't qualified even though I have an MBA, 30 years of experience all over the financial map, etc. I couldn't believe it so I kept going back to fill out the form until I figured out what question was DQing me. Then I sent the CEO an email with an explanation of what had happened and a copy of my resume. She actually responded and forwarded my resume to Recruiter Girl. RG called for an interview, then invited me up to HQ to take a bunch of standardized tests and to interview with hiring manager, head of HR, another trainer. . OK interviews, I thought. It has now been 7 months and I haven't heard from them. Not one word. As their slogan says - "Like it never even happened".

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Eugene, OR (took a day)
I was only asked one question, "How would you describe yourself?". Then I was asked if I has any questions about the company or the position. During the interview I had the distinct impression that they were already planning on hiring another candidate, but were interviewing other candidates in order to comply with corporate policy.
