Interviewed Oct 2010 in Austin, TX (took 2 days)
The interview itself was straightforward; what was difficult was obtaining an interview. I applied many times through the online process and went to a meet and greet (with many, many others) and never received any calls or feedback. I was finally successful in obtaining an interview by getting to know an employee who worked in the department I wanted to be in and who was willing to refer me to the department manager.
Short answer: You best chance to get an interview may be by obtaining and/or leveraging personal contacts.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Austin, TX (took 2 weeks)
Applied online via company's website for employment. Within 24 hours, contacted by hiring manager for brief phone interview, set an interview 1:1 with hiring manager. Met with hiring manager and was asked fairly detailed questions on compliance, utilization review, discharge planning and status determination. Hiring manager invited me back for an interview with the team and suggested I have more detailed answers before meeting. Research online and team meeting/interview is within 48 hours.
