Shamrock seems to have a terrific culture of integrity, honesty, dignity and open communication. I had several phone interviews before a day of interviews at the distribution center. I was interviewed by a couple levels of management. My words of advice: Make contact with the decision maker. Though I declined the job offer, I believe Shamrock would be a great employer.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Sacramento, CA (took a day)
I applied on the internet and was called by a supply chain manager who then called back to set up a face to face interview then on day prior to the interview, he called and canceled the interview indefinetly without giving a reason.
