Interview Details – The DC branch is located in Rosslyn. Dress code seems to be fairly conservative, and the sales people are mostly young, relatively inexperienced professionals. The interview process is extensive and often requires multiple meetings - with the hiring manager, general sales manager and/or branch president. They also require an online personality/IQ assessment by Profiles International. Looking for aggressive sales people who can make an impact quickly upon hire.
