I applied through other source and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Sharp Electronics in June 2011.
Interview Details – The DC branch is located in Rosslyn. Dress code seems to be fairly conservative, and the sales people are mostly young, relatively inexperienced professionals. The interview process is extensive and often requires multiple meetings - with the hiring manager, general sales manager and/or branch president. They also require an online personality/IQ assessment by Profiles International. Looking for aggressive sales people who can make an impact quickly upon hire.
Interview Question – They asked lots of situational questions (tell me about a time when you failed and how you handled it) View Answer

Interview Question – Why and where do you see a value of working at Sharp? Answer Question
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Sharp Electronics in October 2009.
Interview Details – very basic, not very professional. They seem to make judgements based on emotion and "type" rather than really making sure the people are good fits. The interview schedule had many changes to it and they seemed very unorganized. They also had strange choices for interviewers having lower level people do the interviews.
Reason for Declining – the people that worked there did not appear to be happy or really like the company, mgmt, or each other. I think they salary offered was competitive but overall the company seemed to be poorly run from a people point of view. I got the impression that the company did not value its employees and it showed by the people conducting the interview.
I applied in-person and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Sharp Electronics in November 2012.
Interview Details – sometimes they will call interviewee through text messages, i think that is not appropiate way
