Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 4 days)
I was already a student training at their facility and upon my graduation i was encouraged to apply for an available position. I emailed the manager with my interest in applying for the position and we set up an interview date for the following week. My interview was with the manager and a staff technologist and lasted about 30 minutes. The interview questions were standard: LIke to "tell me about yourself" and "why we should hire you". My advice to Rad Tech students: Your real interview is the 2 years of training at your clinical site, use that time to build a positive rapport with staff and work hard. Your labors will not go unnoticed and they will remember your contributions when you sit in for a formal interview at graduation.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
Interview started with phone call from a recruiter asking to schedule a "screening" interview over the phone. After the screening interview with the recruiter, I was scheduled for a second phone interview with the hiring manager and another staff member. This interview went well and the following week I was scheduled for a 1 on 1 on site interview with the hiring manager and the staff member I spoke with on the phone interview. I went on to a panel interview which consisted of 4 people followed by a 1 on 1 interview with the VP of the department.
