Interview Details – Spoke with Human Resources where I was given a skills test and then basic interview. Was asked to come back for a second interview at the actual location with the department manager. I was sat with a Customer Service Rep to get a basic idea of what the job was and how to do it then taken into the department managers office where I was interviewed with another manager that consisted of about 3-5 pages of questions. Overall fairly basic questions.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took a day.
