Interviewed Feb 2009 in New Bedford, MA (took 2 weeks)
I was brought in for an interview with the H.R. Manager, then interviewed with another Mgr.

We were able to agree on a rate immediately.

I applied online and got a call within a week. I just met with the department manager and she asked me if I was comfortable working with the public. We then went over my availability and I was basically hired. She told me HR would call the next day to setup the background check and orientation.

Process was long and difficult. no one seemed able to make up their minds. I was phoned screened twice and still no conclusion. They semmed like a Company out of control. Relationships with their unions were horrible. They had no clue. The interviewor has nothing positive to say about the organization. I'm glad I never got beyond the phone screen.
