Interview Details – Started with a phone conversation with HR. Had regular email communications. Had in-person interviews with HR and future managers. Went well. Very pleasant. Be prepared and bring a sample of some creative work you have performed recently.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details – They offer the max salary up-front. Focus on signing bonus increases and annual bonus percentage. Everything else at Shell is a slam dunk, not much need to negotiate.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 3 months.
