Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 days)
I interviewed for a position in Shell's graduate development program. The first interview was a phone interview with an HR manager and lasted for about an hour. Shell called me back the same dat to notify me taht I had passed an invited me to an assesment day at their headquarters. The assesment day was quite comprehensive. Together with four other candidates I went through a full day of interviews. There were two indiviual case interviews as well as a group interview. Before each interview I got about an hour to prepare and read through premade materials. The interviews lasted between 30 and 40 minutes each.
