I was initially contacted by a headhunter (on retainer) for the role. I had an initial in-person interview with the headhunter and then went on site for a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. That same day I also had 3 interviews with the my would-be peers.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
