The interview was a very intense phone interview. You are expected to know a lot about their processes at Shell. It was one of the worst interviews I have ever had.

Basically they came on campus during the career fair. They were impressed with my GPA and my past intern experiences. They later invited me to the suite that they had at one of my university's football game for a meet and greet with the employers and alumni. I make sure that I applied online and they signed me up for an interview. The interview was behaviorial and somewhat technical (in a unorthodox sense), the interview went well and they said they would contact me in 2 weeks. I was contacted with an offer.

Negotiation Details
I did not negotiate. Their salary is high enought that there is limited room for negotiation. But you can try I guess, just make sure you already have the offer.
