I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at Shell in February 2010.

Interview Details – Had a quick test just to see if the candidate could scan a document quickly. then there were 2 1:1 with the manager of the area and his manager. Can't remember the question as it was a while back. Current manager is micromanager and critical of all mistakes.

Interview Question – Dont' remember any of the questions as it was a while back. But I remember being asked about how quickly I could read b/c the position required quality assurance   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Negotiated $5000 more per year with previous experience
