I was first interviewed face to face at their location in Columbia, Missouri. It was nice experience to talk with one of the managers and he asked me behavioral questions which were very simple. Then, after nearly two weeks, I emailed them regarding my interview result. I was again told that they are interested in face to face interview. Everything was scheduled and all of a sudden at weekend just before interview week, I was left with a voice mail that they are not having requirement for which I was interviewed and left heartbroken.

Interviewed Apr 2008 in Columbia, MO (took 6 weeks)
I talked with HR on the phone first. Then I talked with an IT manager on the phone. Then I received an invitation to an in person interview. The interview was conducted in one day and consisted of interrviews by 4 managers in back to back 1:1 sessions. I then had a technical interview which was conducted by two members of the programming staff. A week or two later I received a call with an offer.

The negotiation was short. I received a little more money and a deal on vacation day accumulation. I would ask for what you want. They didn't go up a whole lot but it was helpful.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

There was a 30 minute screening interview. After a few days you will be notified whether or not you are still a strong candidate. If still a strong candidate you interview for one hour with 3 different people. The questions were typical of an interview process. They ask you about different scenarios in past experience, how you handled it and what the outcome was.

Negotiation Details
I did not negotiate and I regret this. I was so happy I got the job that I didn't even think about negociating. The human resoure manager called me to offer me the job and told me the starting pay and asked how I felt about that as if to open it up for negotiation but I was too relieved to think about negociating. I also didn't negotiate because I was afraid they would give the job to someone else that would accept the starting pay as there are about 100 people that apply for each job.
