    Interview

Very brief interviews. Maybe 15 mins tops. Which is fine if you do not mind making the numerous trips. The interview process requires 4 or 5 interviews where you meet with all managers and supervisors before you are able to accept a position. For example, if you meet Sue on Friday, if she likes you she will then schedule an interview for you on Monday with her supervisor. and so on.... until you have met all...

    Interview

Was very informative & enjoyed the interviewer. They answered all the questions that I asked and seem to be very team oriented there which is something that was appealing to me. Customers are of course a priority, if you are a people person then it's worth a shot.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Sheraton in December 2014.

    Interview

First off, I was contacted by email to set up the time and date for the interview... Whenever I got to the interview, I was escorted upstairs by security where I met the people in which would be interviewing me. They were very nice and welcoming... You basically sit inside a room with three other interviewers and chat for a few minutes... They ask you questions like " Tell us about a time that you showed leadership" or "Tell us about a time you overcame something difficult at your past job" just situational questions... They also ask if you have any questions... This is the part whenever I should have asked about salary or hourly pay... Bc it has been 3 weeks since the interview and I've pretty much been offered the job, but due to the holidays I've been left out in the cold about how much I'll be actually making :( I should be finding out on Monday. I have emailed the Meeting and Events Director a few times and he has responded pretty quickly each time.. Now, I am just waiting on a start date and salary details.... The second interview was over the phone. I'm not sure if this is how it always is or it was over the phone due to the Xmas and NYE holidays.

    Interview Questions

    • There were no surprising questions, really. It's pretty much just you conversing with the three interviewers for 15 minutes tops.   Answer Question

I applied online. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Sheraton (Houston, TX) in November 2014.

    Interview

The interview was pretty a common sense thing, i just acted as myself and i got the job easy, i think the one thing that sealed the deal was that i made the owner and managers laugh a lot and got on there good side. Now if you going to make someone laugh make sure they have a sense of humour.
