Interviewed May 2012 (took 6 weeks)
Went to a campus career fair and talked to the recruiter there. I made a good impression on him and he assured me he'd pass my resume on. Set up a phone interview for a few weeks later. Basic behavioral questions, lasted about a half hour. Heard back about a week later that they wanted to set up an interview with the district manager, but first they wanted me to have a store visit. They give you a packet of questions they want you to ask the store manager, so the visit was pretty easy (asking additional questions is a bonus).
After the store visit, I set up an interview with the district manager. Lasted about 40 minutes. He told me to wait outside after we were finished and when he came out, he offered me the job.

Interviewed May 2012 in Norfolk, VA (took a day)
I applied online and received an e-mail a few days later about scheduling an interview. The interview was a phone interview with someone in the HR department in Georgia. All of the questions where about you and behavioral questions. After the interview she let me know that she was going to interview other candidates and get back to me.

Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 4+ weeks)
I applied online and then met a recruiter at a university job fair. I got an email about a week later and was asked to do a phone interview. It pretty simple. The questions were mostly behavioral and I was asked to talk through my resume. Also, I was asked to elaborate on my experiences at the different jobs I have had. It ended well and I was asked to do a store visit/interview with a store manager. If I get through that phase I will interview with the district manager.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 1 week)
Began when I applied online and then received a phone call and a message was left. I returned the phone call where the woman asked to set up a phone interview for the same day. Questions were pretty basic with with some situational questions where they want you to describe an actual experience that you have had. Then a store visit and one on one interview were set up.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Cleveland, OH (took 4 weeks)
Phone interview with easy, behavioral based questions. Second interview was with a district manager, relatively short and almost no questions asked of me. Much like a conversation about opportunities with the company, interviewer's career track, etc.
