I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams
Interview
Like the other MTP interviews posted here, there was a phone interview, instore interview, a follow up interview, and an interview with the DM. All four interviews were pleasant. You have to know why you want to work for the company and why you would be a good fit.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Portland, OR)
Interview
Applied online. Waited almost a month and got contacted by a recruiter, who then scheduled an interview for a week later. That went well and then I scheduled a store visit, but that took a week because the store manager was on vacation. After that, I followed up with the recruiter, who then scheduled me for an interview with the district manager about 3 weeks later. I showed up to the interview, dressed well, spoke well, and holding relevant experience. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and the entire time the manager felt disinterested and distracted. At the end of the interview he followed by saying there are a lot of applicants and he would make his decision within 3 weeks.
