Interviewed Oct 2011 in Detroit, MI (took 2 days)
So, I was at a career fair at my University talking to different companies about summer internships and I spoke with the recruiter at the Sherwin Williams table. They took my resume and told me to apply online for the position as well. 2 weeks later I received an email from the career services at my school saying Sherwin Williams wanted to do an interview with me and she gave me the phone number to call. I called the number and the woman I spoke with asked me what day and time would be good for me to do a phone interview. I set up a date and time and I did the phone interview which went well and then about 3 weeks later I went to the Sherwin Williams office and did an interview with the District Manager and someone else. It wet well! About an hour or two after I had that interview they called me and offered me the internship. I was still waiting to hear from a few other companies, so I declined. But they seemed like pleasant people to work with! And I would consider them in the near future.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I had a few other companies I was still talking to and that wanted to know whether or not I wanted the offer right away. I just needed more time because I was still in the interview process with other companies. If they had made their date in January rather than October, I could have had all my options in front of me, where I could give them an answer. But I have other companies I am still talking with, that interested me as well so I declined.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Canton, OH (took 2 days)
Very friendly people. Make you feel like part of the company from the start, and make you aware of possible promotions within the company. SW is very interested in seeing you grow as well as the company. The interview itself was very comfortable, and my interviewer opened the talk to other subjects with a relaxed feel. He also got back to me the same day to offer me the position. I look forward to working with the company. They offer great benefits as far as health coverage, paid leave, sick days, and bonuses. Have a great feeling that this internship will be a perfect fit.
