Applied on company website. Got a call a day later from HR for an interview the next day. Met with HR manager and interviewed for about 5-10 minutes. Simple questions about previous employment, school, extra curricular activities. They reviewed my app and seemed pleased. I was job offer on the spot. Then i had to get on the phone for some tax thing. It was slightly confusing, maybe because I had never done anything like that. The whole environment was really nice. A week or so later I came in with three others who got hired at the same time for orientation and then training. Overall it was a really good experience and a great first job for someone in high school.

I had 3 different interviews for a new store that would be opening in Oct 2011. One the first interview it was more of a screening process where you had to take a math test. About a week later I was caleld in to meet with the HR manager for another interview. Later that day I was called back by the HR manager and asked to come back 2 days later to meet with the store owner, Since then NO response!

Applied online then received phone call to come in for an interview.It lasted for about 20 mins then manager gave me forms to fill up and return the following day.relatively low keyed process.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took a day)
I was given a call from the HR department for an interview. I was interviewed by one person that lasted about 10 minutes. I was told that I would have to come in a certain day and time for orientation. The orientation is about 2 days, 3 hours each day. From there, I was given the name of my department manager. I had to call my department manager to schedule times and days I can work. Everything all together lasted about a week from interview to working.
