Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 2 weeks)
HR Recruiter makes the intial call and asks some screening questions. Upon passing the screening, the department manager will call you within a few days for a quick phone interview. If you pass this screening you will come in for the 1st round of interviews where you will meet with three people in the department.
Questions were pretty straight forward, they ask about your experience, what you know about the company, and try to see if you would be a good fit for the job and company.
If invited for final round, you meet with a few more higher up people in the department.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 2 days)
After the HR phone screening I was scheduled for an interview with the director of QA. They were late on the phone call. It was less than 5 minutes, so that's wasn't necessarily a bad sign. The HR person who screened me called me, then put the Director into the call and left. A Sr. QA person was also added to the call.
The phone interview consisted of a number of very basic questions revolving around things like black and white box testing definitions. I was interviewing for a Sr. Automation Engineering Job, and I have 24 years of experience on my resume. That isn't the type of simpleton question that I expected. The Director said perhaps 5 words the whole time. I felt like she was in another meeting at the same time or engaged in something else.
I was left with the impression that they are so bored with interviewing candidates that it just wasn't worth their full attention. Or that they are just bored in general with what they are doing. I didn't get any negative read, but I got no spark either. This was their moment to shine, to impress me (as it was my moment to shine for them), and apparently I wasn't worth their time.
I sent them email thanking them for the opportunity to interview and withdrawing my application. Life's too short to work with people who can't be bothered to impress when the cards are on the table. They will be paying even less attention to their daily work.

Interviewed May 2010 (took 1 week)
I had an initial phone screening followed by a half day "meet the team" discussion. People were very casual and hyper, but one person (guess the architect) was literally looking for syntax answers. It was probably the reason why I didn't get through. Never mind. But thats something you gotta keep in mind.
