An Amazing experience, I was given an opportunity to meet everyone that I would be working with on a daily basis. There were multiple stages involved, this coupled with the Executive VP, Director of Sales Development and the Director of HR of a global organisation taking time out to interview me, confirmed to me that this organisation cares about who they hire. I was with my previous company for 7 years and only met the MD once. After joining Shred It, I have daily/ weekly interaction with the senior leadership team.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

The interview was short and informal. Very poor pay, low base salary which relies on commission. Commision structure seems unrealistic and exploitative. Seems like unstructured office and atmosphere personal and unprofessional. Watch out for power-tripping secretary...yikes!

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 3 weeks)
Initial interview was an informal meeting at a Sales forum. This was followed by a 1 on 1 interview with the District Sales Manager, and then another 1 on 1 interview with the Regional VP of Sales. The first 2 interviews went very well, they were very laid back and still covered everything that was crucial to the role. The third interview went very well, but was more focused on sales background and learning.
