Was interviewed by a supervisor in face to face meeting. I had previously worked with interviewer in prior job for both of us where we held similar positions. Interview went well.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Lisbon (Portugal) (took 5 days)
Opportunity found through a recruitment agency, where the first candidate screening interview too place. The next stage was an interview witness by an HR agency agent with the HR department representative at the Headquarters. The third interview was held by a Country Manager. The fourth and last interview was with a Engineering Manager. The last interview was to reconsider an offer that was put on hold.

The interview consisted of technical as well as behavioral questions. I would advice one to prepare fundamental of mechanical engineering and just be yourself.

I got phone interview first, and after a week, there is a on-campus interview. It's 1 on 1 interview with general behavioral question and a small case. It last for 45 minutes.
One week later, I was invited to enter the final interview. It's half a day assessment center, consists of 4 interviews.

I met with management on 2 occasions spanning about 2.5months. They called me out of the blue, after submitting my Resume, 2 months prior. They were really pleasant, and Cordial. I was competing for the job against about 15 other people.

Their Initial Offer was a good, repectible offer, and I was currently unemployed, so I didn't have a good bargaining Chip. They could of underbid me a lot more, and were fair about not doing that. I respect them for being Fair People, that are considerate.

Interview consisted of a video presentation where they put the bad side of the job over extremely well, not sure that this was done that well but at least trueful. Then a group team work exercise building a tower out of marshmallow and spagetti. Post this a two paper written test, one was H&S with pictures you have to spot the risks / faults in. The other is non verbal reasoning. During this each candidate is pulled out and interviewed. Lasts approx 3 hrs, went well,waited for 2 weeks for result got a text saying successful then a phone callat 3 week point.
