Set-up phone 1/2 hour phone interview, to screen and insure background matc Off-site HR in Florida does the scheduling and confirms in writing. Was sent online benefits overview and application to complete in advance of interview. In person interview w/ 2 key managers.

Interview Details –
Office was cluttered, people disorganized. I had to wait 45 Minutes after my interview appointment to start.
I interviewed with three people, the last one the manager of the team I was interviewing for. The first two were all technical knowledge questions, the manager asked "Character" type questions.
They took me to lunch, and I met a few more members of the team. I got a verbal offer that day. It took 15 days to get the written offer. I started 30 days after that.
Interview Question – What is the pinout for a serial to RJ11 cable View Answer
Negotiation Details – Depending on the branch they are hard up for people, due to turnover. Stick to your guns for the money up front, because the raise process is so convoluted, you get the Lowest Common Denominator annually

Interview Details – Went smooth. As for every corporation there is an extensive background check, but overall the interview consisted of them describing job duties and responsibilities. Once they considered you as a good fit for the company it was mainly traveling to different locations to interview. They were very detailed on what they expected.

Interview Details – The interview and hiring process in my case was easy do to an employee referral. My advice is to find a way to contact the manager of the department directly. This is a huge organization, and the resumes and applications can sometimes get lost in the crowd. The managers in the Houston office are very accessible, you just need to get an appointment and set yourself apart.
