The interview began with a standard HR phone interview, with the standard questions: Where did you go to College, Whats you degree, Whats your experience, Whats you goals, Where do you see yourself in 5 years..... Next came the in person interview. The process took about 6 hours, I interview with 6 different people each at about 1 hour all asking the same question that HR asked. All in all it was a simple interview. I believe they were instantly sold on my skill and wanted to judge me personality.

Negotiation Details
Unlike many interview tell you to do, I was pushed for a price and gave a range to the HR rep or 20k. In the inperson I was asked again and shot 10k over what I wanted, the offered me 5k less, I asked if they could do better, they said no, I accepted. I would say in general to know the range of what you want, why waste time if they can't meet it.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Applied online through posting. Contacted 1 month later. Set-up phone 1/2 hour phone interview, to screen and insure background matc Off-site HR in Florida does the scheduling and confirms in writing. Was sent online benefits overview and application to complete in advance of interview. In person interview w/ 2 key managers.
