Interviewed Mar 2009 in Philadelphia, PA (took 5 weeks)
The first call was from HR. The second call was from the hiring manager. The next call was with a senior VP. This was followed by an on-site visit. The on-site visit included a panel interview with 4 people including the hiring manager, senior engineers and a VP. It also included a couple of one-on-one interviews. The lunch was organized in the cafeteria and I spoke to a couple of employees about their experiences. I suppose that was part of the interview process as well.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Orlando, FL (took a day)
First round interview was mainly a situational and personality interview. I got a call about a month and a half later for second round interviews.
Second round interviews, were 1:1, then Panel, then HR. 1:1 and Panel interviews were technical.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
The person that interviewed me was a very nice guy. Since this is my first interview with anyone, I felt nervous and a little unprepared. He asked some basic questions first, then progressively prepare me to answer more in-depth questions. I was very comfortable with the way he approaches his answer. The interviewed was pretty good overall. I would rated this experience a 5 out of 5.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 1+ week)
Gave phone interview, followed by invite to headquarters for 1:1 interview. Company flew me to their location, provided lodging and car rental. Interview was in STAR format and not especially technical. Was told I had pretty much gotten the job and would receive a formal offer soon. Offer came via email within two days.
