Suggest they don't call for interview if they have made up their mind to not recruit. This was my second interview with them and both times it was funny. First time they proposed the location of the job at the tail-end of the interview which caught me by surprise. They saod 'no offer' as they thought I would not be interested in the job location. Heck, if they had told me the location beforehand I would have had more time to reflect on that.
Second time, everthing went fine but they wanted somebody who was laready close the job site. 'No offer' to me as it would mean offering relocation and related hassles.
Very stingy as they don't even offer reimbursement of travel costs for the interview.
