I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Siemens Financial Services in March 2011.

Interview Details – The HR recruiter from Iselin, NJ that called me was extremely rude and condescending from the onset of the interview. She would not let me finish answering her questions before asking another. She snapped off her questions very quickly (Marine like) and in a tone that was not friendly. She asked me a couple questions which I deemed very inappropriate and not related to my performance, the positions I held in the past, or the position I was interviewing for. If this is the type of person Siemens chooses to place on the front line to represent them, then they really have a problem.

Interview Question – What have you been doing since you've been layed off? Why haven't you been working for a temp agency?   Answer Question
