I was interviewed at the site of the client. I was interviewed by the liason to Siemens / Atos and the Siemens Regional Manager. I was then interviewed by two company representatives that work for the client. This process took about two hours.

Initially it was a simple phone interview asking about background, skills, and goals. The 1:1 interview was a series of technical questions with the HR manager. As many IT issues can be solved a number of ways, and she did not have much in the way of technical skills or knowledge, she was looking for specific answers so I kept talking giving variations on the answer until the key words she was looking for were said. Mostly the questions were basic.

I was contacted a week after I filled an online form.
First we took a test on memory,intelligence and programming skills.
A technical interview with two team managers followed containing questions regarding programming languages and previous software development experience.
Finally there was an interview with the head of department that comprised of background check questions and motivation discussion.

This one was for an international call center based at bangalore. The first round was a telephonic round from Voice coach. Then, a panel of HR's came to the consultancy and took my personal round of int. I was through. The feedback i got was that I am trainable and would justify my role. The training was the best I received in my call center career. However the infrastructure sucked big time. My tenure with the company was a nightmare of my life.

A person at the induction program declared that they are not big pay masters. There was no room for negotiation. they offered a flat package. Dont go for this company.
